A LED light facial is a non-invasive skincare treatment that uses different colors of LED lights to target specific skin concerns. Red light stimulates collagen production, blue light targets acne-causing bacteria, green light soothes the skin, and yellow light improves circulation. The treatment typically involves cleansing the skin and applying LED lights for 15 to 30 minutes. LED light facials have no downtime and can address various skin issues.
