What facilities are included in the Spa Access?
Experience complete relaxation with our 1-hour spa package, featuring access to our swimming pool, sauna, and steam room, and with the added convenience of robes, towels, disposable slippers, and mini shampoo and conditioner available upon request.
Can I have longer than 1 hour in the Spa Access?
You can extend the spa access from 1 hour to 2 hours with an extra charge of £5 on top per person. So £40 instead of £35 per person.
When should I call in to book for a Spa Access?
We suggest you call us at least 48 hours before when you would like to book as the slots tend to get booked building residents as well.
How many people are allowed in the Spa Access area at once?
The maximum amount of people allowed at once in the area of the Spa Access would be 4 people.
How are payments taken?
We make it easy to pay for our services with flexible options, including online payments, cash, and card transactions available. We even accept American Express.
How can I pay with a voucher?
You can pay with a voucher by giving us a call, as the online booking system currently doesn't allow booking with vouchers.
Do you have car park near the spa?
We have free car park right in front of our building entrance. If you follow the Google Maps, it would lead you straight to the car park. We would need you to register your vehicle registration number on the front desk.
